MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
If you are not on any medications like anticoagulants, blood thinners or birth control pills then this could be due to clotting disorders, low platelet count, fragile spider veins, deep vein thrombus, deficiency of Vitamin B12, folic acid, or Vit K, a liver disease or certain cancers. It could also be due to pressure urticaria. If you are on medications then you need to discuss that with your doctor.
Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper investigations. Hope this helps. Take care!

Bruising+headaches could be TTP. See your doctor ASAP.

You need to have a medical evaluatuation, as of yesterday.

The problem is either fragility of the blood vessels of a problem with clotting. If there is abnormal bleeding in your legs, if you fall, the same thing could happen with the blood vessels around your brain.

Generally, a physician will order coagulation tests, as COBAB mentioned, which determine the rate at which your blood clots. Plus a regiman of regular lab work.

A dye-contrast MRA (rather than an MRI) may be requested to determine if there is any abnormal bleeding within your brain.

The important thing is that you have a problem that could potentially cause you to have a debilitating stroke, which would prevent you from caring for your children.

You MUST see a physician as soon as possible. That means as of tomorrow. I would consider your symptoms serious enough to visit an emergency room at a teaching hospital.

The good news is that the problem will most likely be treated quite simply.

You never said why you have headaches every day. I think you need to have that looked at first by getting an MRI. The unexplained headaches could actually point you in the right direction.

The max dose of Tylenol is 4 Gm per day.  Even at that dose, it can effect the liver.  The liver effects clotting factors.  You should see your doctor for a Complete Blood Count (CBC,)  Liver Function Tests, and Coagulation Tests.
