hard flaccid penis

Hi

My penis is hard when in the resting state and pelvic floor is constantly hard
I have had doplar ,ultrasound and MRI of the penis and genital region to which it is unremarkable
explainations for the penis being hard in the resting state have included;
-scar tissue but scans show none and the penis goes from varying degrees of hardness
-general surgeon said that i have a constant mild erection (but didn't say it was priapism) no urologists said i had priapism nor was there any evidense from tests.
The penis is hard but when i am relaxed the penis is not larger but contracted ,when it is harder it is smaller and more contracted,dense.
when this occured

i pulled my penis while masturbating and a week later i awoke to find that my penis was hard ,tight and cold in the resting state (prior to which i was doing penis stretching excersises)
31/2 months later i awoke with severe shooting pains and cramps.

When i have a shower the penis becomes harder ,groins feel very tight like there being pulled.
When the penis is cold it tenses up very easily like a cramp the tissue pulls into the middle of the penis.
When i relax the penis and pelvic floor i find that along the side of the abdomen the muscles become hard they tense up into a hard lump ,that the penis does not become soft.

Thank you for your responses

did they give you MRI metal, Gadolinium metal? fda gov blackbox warning? no mention of metal? see mri side effects, willis law firm, ignore him, he won't take case unless NSF diagnosis by skin doc, but you can have retained metal that dechelates or is retained if told to take iron, zinc , copper, etc, read rsna org, auntminnie com and fiercebiotech com sites, see fda gov and nyas org, free registration, Fourth Annual NSF conference, e briefing 13 Sept 2010. I have skin sx began July 2011 till now, prior, and concurrent , R arm pain, diff walking, balance, fatigue, dec appetite, diff sleeping, irritable, etc., my now  fired MD's hinted and I found out what it was as I told them I would, I can't sue, no doc around here will do NSF dx, though I do have dec kidney function, they lied and have hid records, get all med records, paper copies, do not accept electronic dvd, it's BS, they have paper records and state laws re cost of records, if you alert them you know about gadolinium metal, you'll never get records, get them first, get skin biopsied, sx can occur up to 18 months, it's painful, cruel, not fibromyalgia, allergy,neurosis, chronic fatigue, TMJ, or other nonsense, it is real. I take NAC without the L, twin labs, anti oxidant in strong doses neb for tylenol overdose and recommended for pre CT scan contrast, TC 99, nuc waste, radioactive junk, that accumulates, see epa gov for health effects of technetium , NAC I take is capsule form, fda is allowing tc99 to be used in all meds, tracer, gamma waves, ingested, this accumulates, and is out of control in this country, sign up for fda gov alerts, get all lot # of any meds given to you, save bottles, the patient inserts on gadolinium, you'll never see it, no consent either, but there are policies re MRI gadolinium metal and CT Tc99 radioactive "contrasts.
Be safe.
