Sorry to hear you are unwell.
Have you been examined by the doc and what was his diagnosis?

Pain in the forehead just above the eyes with fever or chills may mean that you have sinusitis.  Steam inhalations will help to loosen the congestion.  But if it is a bacterial infection you will require a course of antibiotics.

Hope you get better soon.

How high is her fever and are there any other symptoms?

Is she coughing, has a cold, sore throat, earache, swollen glands, does she have a rash? Did she have a fall and knock her head?

Keep her warm and comfortable.  She will probably be off her food, but make sure she is getting plenty of fluids.  Children like jello, so if she fancies some, make her some.

If her condition deteriorates, her fever won't drop or gets higher, or she develops a rash get her urgently checked out by the doctor.

Sponge her down with a damp flannel to get her fever down.  And some children's over the counter pain relief like Calpol for her headache and fever.

Keep an eye on her as she may be developing a childhood or other illness.  I would talk with the doctor regarding your concerns.  But do call the doctor is there is no improvement or she starts to feel worse or get worse.

I understand your concerns - I would be worried too.  I am a mother of 2 and now have 5 young granchildren so understand your concerns.

Hope she recovers very soon.

Le me know how you get on.

Best wishes.
