headache

i hAve a headache recurring all the time on my right side above the temple ,i have been told by optician that my right eye is turning i was wondering wether that was giving me headaches

if you miss meals like you never should. it could somehow trigger headaches, especially that area in our head. better try to eat on time.

overtime we misbuild our tissue and loose our composure  as we mature things dont stay eccactly the same size and shape some times this means living with pressure points but down the line you want a better chance  eat yams they have happy hormones in them eat alot also iodide  i believe is a precurser to building new heathier tissue' i know its a bear its something you may have to live with for a while we all have our pet pieves to deal with

You need to see a doctor and have this assessed. If your eye has never turned in before, there is a reason for it. It could all be muscular, but you do need to have it looked at. It isn't normal for this to just happen. Start with your medical Doctor and take it from there.
