Thanks for your help and advice but a visit to have these test done is out of the question....just too expensive......

If you have a previous history of heart problem and of stroke and are now having nausea, tingling tongue, dizziness and your legs go so weak that you go down immediately from where you stand, then you must ASAP get investigated both for the condition of the valve by an echo and a MRI of the brain with and without contrast. There is a possibility of either condition resurfacing in a more severe way.

I should add to the above that many years ago I was diaognosed with a bad heart valve and about 7 years ago, suffered a mild stroke that left me with short term memory problems......are these connected to the above problems as well?
