most probably its a hair that turn inside your skin instead of coming out.
Never ever poke a lump with a needle..

Its better you see a skin doctor, but i am somehow almost certain its a hair. this is why only blood came out and this is why its blackish-blue.

let me know what happens

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
It is difficult to comment without examination.  Painful lump behind the ear could be an abscess, folliculitis (hair follicle infection), an infected cyst, an inflamed lymph node or a neurofibroma (localized harmless swelling in of nerve and connective tissue).
Ideally you should not have pricked it yourself. But now since you have, it would be best to let a doctor take a look at it, see it is drained properly and give you an antibiotic and anti-inflammatory cover. Hope this helps. Take care!

Could be a bug bite or an infection that caused a blood blister. Try gently cleaning the area with a disinfectant/antibaterial wash (tea-tree oil is less likely to sting) and then apply a soothing gel like aloe vera to reduce redness and quicken healing. To be on the safe side I suggest getting a doc to check it out.
