Has your doctor given you any other guidance?  You need to call your doctor and go over the test results with them- a high ESR and high lymphocytes can indicate a few different things, so that's not enough information to tell you what is happening- your doctor is the best source for that since they have seen you and have more of your medical history on hand to work to a conclusion with.  When is your follow up appointment with them?

My follow up will be after three days...and iam quite not comfortable about the results
I have no medical history and i did not take any medication before
He told me to do (CBC ,random blood sugar, calcium , uric acid ) they are all good
But the increase in lymphocyte and ESR maked me feel confuse
i know that any increase in it mean that there is inflammation some where
Is that mean i have joints inflammation?
And i do not understand what is the relation of vit d deficiency with all of this
With the joint pain, it could mean something like Rheumatoid Arthritis, but it's very important you consult your doctor on the results to be certain and don't panic over what you are finding on your own.  The vitamin D deficiency could be related, or could be just something  you have- it's very common.
But theee is no swollen in my joints and i do not feel hot joints.
My temp is always low
Which is why you need to consult your doctor- who already has seen you and knows much more then you can post here- do you have a follow up with them?  We really can't tell you what's going on based off of a little information- so it's incredibly important to take your questions to your doctor.  I know it can be so hard to have these confusing test results- so give your doctor a call and have them walk through what they all mean.  Let us know how you are doing!
