Have you eaten any fish lately?  Are you constipated from the iron supplements?  Did you eat anything greasy or spicy tonight/today?  Are you under a great deal of stress during this pregnancy, or even just as of late?  It's common to have outside the normal ranges on many blood tests while pregnant, and neutrophils are one of them, but given that you have pain and dizziness/lightheadedness I wouldn't chance falling and harming yourself or your fetus.

How do you know that another ER won't see you?  They may call your OB and consult him, but my guess is they will see you!  Why are you classified as a high risk pregnancy?  Is this your first pregnancy? Do you have chronic medical problems, as in other diseases or disorders?

Its my high risk pregnancy doctor and no he did not prescribe me anything or any diagnosis. Another ER will not see me they will just call my OBGYN. I am not sure what to do.

If it were me, I'd head back to the ER in light of these new symptoms.  Did they prescribe you an antibiotic at all for the elevated white cell count?  Did they even provide you with a diagnosis?  If there is another ER local, go to that one if you don't want to see the same physician at the first ER, but please, don't delay going there.
