I feel dizzy , sometimes shortness of breadth, unreal world, dont feel myself , sometimes off balance.. had ECG,CT,blood tests,TCD everything normal dont know whats going on ,,,,......
It sounds like a panic attack. Practice deep breathing exercises (focusing on your breath going in/out slowly)....try to slow down and clear your mind by doing this. Sometimes it helps to wear ear plugs so you can also HEAR yourself breathing in and out, if your surroundings are not still/quiet enough.
Also, write or consciously think/remember 10 different "blessings" every day. It helps to write them down so you can look back...but praying or just being thankful helps me when I'm feeling anxious/panicky/depressed.
Which also reminds me...Present moment. Don't worry about the past. Don't fret about the future. Stay here in this moment and do what you can in this moment. If there's something that has to be done, either make steps and allot when they need to be finished or just jot down the ideas in your date book at a later time so you don't waste TODAY worrying about something that you cannot do anything productively about.
Drinking plenty of water (i aim for 1-2 gallons a day) and eating healthfully (and taking vitamins) helps. As does some form of daily exercise (walking, for instance). We hear it over and over again....but these are baby steps we can fit into any day that will make every day a bit better.
I agree with the above comment 100%, my wife uses one 8mg iron cap a day for one week out of the month to correct dizziness, lack of energy, balance issues.
Have they tested your blood sugar and blood pressure? It could be diabetis. But also the shortness of breath makes me think of anemia. Did they do a Complete blood count (CBC) and iron level? Sometimes this can be an inner ear thing too but the shortness of breath wouldn't be an ear problem. Are you on any new meds? A lot would give you these syptoms? I would get the Iron and CBC done, maybe B12 and folate and fasting blood sugar. If those are negative you may want to see a neurologist. Are you vegetarian?
