Bone growth on eyebrow bone (supraorbital ridge) causing headaches and sharp pain

Went to Dermatogist and Plastic Surgeon who thought it was an osteoma of frontal sinus so then was referred to Ear Nose and Throat who thought same so did CT scan and it shows the bone has grown but nothing looks bad.  They didnt really say why it grew or what is causing the issues so now being referred to Neurologist.  It showed up around 2-3 years ago and have had change in personality and anxiety issues.  Any thoughts of what it could be?  ENT said it could be effecting nerves

I posted this before i got her report thats why did different post.  She didnt specifically say it was an Osteoma but in report she listed it.  Went to Neurologist Monday and he said all he recommends to do is shoot me with Botox to stop the headaches and pressure.  Which he did and hasnt kicked in yet as he said it would take up to 2 weeks for full effects.  Guess thats fine just have bump still above eye.
I had one of the main doctors i know at ENT take look at file.  He was on vacation that week and he said it didnt look bad and nothing they could help with.  He said they should do MRI to be safe but Neurosurgeon didnt mention it.  Would you recommend asking  for MRI?  Dont like suggesting something to doctor even though i know him too.
No one can diagnose you from here, so you will have to discuss the ENT guy's idea with the neuro guy.
Not looking for diagnosis just thoughts on it
Neurologist gave me Botox shots to help with headaches about 3 weeks ago and they stopped about 7-10 days after but just came back and more of sharp pain.  So put me on Carbamazepine to see if that will work.  That is supposed to help with nerves cause he said the small Osteoma is effecting nerves causing the headaches?
Anyone have any experience with Carbamazepine?  Read it can effect mood and with taking anxiety medication.  Just what dont want to happen.
