I think am adected to ice blocks and the white snowie ice from the fridge, i chew then the whole day and at night i weke up have somemore, what could be the couse. please help me

I was addicted to the same thing but I was pregnant. I loved the taste of freezer burn and the white snow ice. I would crave it 24/7 but never wanted again after my daughter was born

Hi, my sister-in-laws dad did the same thing.  He was diagnosed with a vitamin defiency.  I agree with the above posts.  Take care!

I had the same problem,,,,had my iron checked, too slowfe for about a year and my iron levels came back to normal,,no more cravings for ice

You are ok. Go get a blood work up from your family doctor. This is not an uncommon thing to have.

Have you checked your iron lately? Typically those that suffer from iron-defficiancy (ie: anemia) chew ice.
