is there a name for this? please help

I randomly get these, I guess bouts, of something, but I don't know what it is. It's unprovoked, and what happens is my mind suddenly goes blank and then I get a feeling of emptiness.
Then my mind makes up a fake memory, either in detail or extremely vague then I realise the memory isn't real and I then get a feeling of extreme low mood.
While this is happening, I can feel my heart pounding but I'm not sure if it's going fast or slow, and I feel like I'm going to throw up. Sometimes, I collapse, but I'm still conscious and awake. I feel like I'm not real afterwards, and while it's happening I feel like the feeling is never going to go away. I don't know how long they last, as I have no concept of time while it's happening, but I do know that they're coming more often and more severely.
I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this or if this is something common that I just didn't realise (lol) but it's been really stressing me out and I don't know what to do because I can't describe it to anyone.

Epilepsy maybe. Here is some info from the Health Communities website - Epilepsy-Seizures...
