MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
It is quite common for small children to get swollen lymphnodes in the neck from repeated viral infection or bacterial sore throats, ear infections, dandruff etc.
If all these are ruled out then other childhood disorders and malignancies are looked into.
Since I cannot examine your daughter and know other related conditions she may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I would suggest you take a second opinion from another pediatrician. Take care!
