i have tingling and numbness in my left side of bacb, as well as my fingers from time to time,all at differnt times i also have a sore neck,my memorie has benn gettin worse over the past 7 years

You need to be , seen by a neurologist, if you think this is MS.
He could do an MRI, and lumbar puncture, if he feels these symptoms are MS related.
However your symptoms need looking at whether they are MS or not.
I would make an appointment to see your doctor, for a referral to a neurologist, and explain that family history as got MS.
