my tests are normal but whats wrong with me?

I was hospitalized in january for left sided numbness and they said i had nerve damage. After being in the hospital for one week i had a limp for 1 month. The pain went away and i felt normal again. 1 month ago i started having a seizure in my sleep and was hospitalized 2 times in one week. They said they were PNES seizures and all my tests came back normal. Since then ive bad seizures every other day that last 2 minutes but im aware of whats going on and i cant speak. Its hard to speak and i start coughing to where i want to throw up. I had an EEG done and they said its stress related but ive never had trauma in
My life so its hard to accept that answer. I went to get an EMG done today but they couldn't find the test because i was in so much pain and i started shaking really bad. The doctor said i was stressed and to relax and leave. He canceled my LE EMG and said its just stress. Ive been healthy my whole life and ive been way more stressed in the past years then this year has ever brought to my life. I have tingling, muscle spasms, electric waves all over my body. Its hard for me to focus and to find words to speak sometimes. Im burning up and im having a hard time standing the heat and i get really light headed and dizzy with tremors. I have gotten new symptoms the past month and its taking a toll on my daily functions. I was taken off all my mediciations for nerve pain and antidepressant because different doctors told me different things. I was told my pain was degenerative disc disease and i needed back surgery. I was told its just stress and i was told i have neuropathy. I was told my seizures were caused because i wasnt on my nerve mediciations. I was told to just let the seizures happen and theres nothing i can do but see a CBT. Im angry but i know theres something wrong and i dont know what or why and i just want to go back to normal without worrying about pain or safety.

Sounds like autonomic dysfunction with your heat intolerance symptoms. I read an article of a girl who was first diagnosed with "psychogenic seizures" likely due to stress but finally was diagnosed with Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS).

There are plenty if articles on dysautonomia if you want to research further.

"Dysautonomia or autonomic dysfunction is a condition in which the autonomic nervous system (ANS) does not work properly. This may affect the functioning of the heart, bladder, intestines, sweat glands, pupils, and blood vessels. Dysautonomia has many causes, not all of which may be classified as neuropathic.[4] A number of diseases can feature dysautonomia, such as Parkinson's disease, HIV/AIDS, multiple system atrophy, autonomic failure, postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, and autonomic neuropathy." - Wikipedia.
