numb and painful hands/selective fingers and spots on my arms.

So I started to work at my new job about 50ish days ago.
A couple weeks back after finishing a job site while resting and sleeping my right hand would feel like it's falling asleep but not my entire hand, it would be selectively And randomly my fingers. For exp my index and middle finger would feel numb and slightly painfully, thwn 15 minutes later my pinky And middle then my thumb and ring finger theny ringer and pinky.
This would also be accompanied by small sharp numb but semi painful spots around my elbow.
Now if I got up and moved around it would go away and wouldn't return for about an hour or more depending on how much effort I out into moving around to relieve the pain/numbness.

Present, I just woke up about 30min ago in lots of pain in my entire right hand and a single circular spot on the underside of my forearm. I had to get out of bed after a very long work week just to pace around to relieve most of the pain.

I'm worried I'm having blood pressure or just circulation issues.
I'm also worried about not being able to continue with this job of mine.

If any of y'all have ideas that can help let me know please, I just want to get some sleep.
