numbess and pain in chest/back

I am a 19 year old male and about 5 days ago I began to have severe pain in my upper back(right side shoulder blade) and in my chest(right side, from the sternum over). Since then the pain has gotten worse, and today they have begun to feel numb, where I can't feel outside pain or touching of it at all, and if I do myself it feels very weird. Along with these my eight leg has begun to untighten constantly causing me to trip many times(every 2 to 3 steps). Should I see a doctor or is there nothing to worry about?
