numbness in exterior knuckles

I had handcuffs behind my back and I resisted arrest due to personal reasonings and all 3 (heavily + 230lbs each) cops got on top of me putting pressure on my wrist and knuckles from the handcuffs. I cant feel my last 2 distant knuckles on my right hand. Feels as if I have lidocaine injected on my knuckles constantly,  what do I do?

Make an appointment to see your doctor to look at your hands.  He is likely to refer you to a specialist or arrange for your hands to be xrayed or have a nerve conduction test to make sure there is not damage to the nerves.  Get your doctor to document your injuries, and if you bruising take photos, be careful who you tell how your hands got injured.  You are unlikely to win a law suit against the cops, they will only say that you resisted arrest.

I will give you a tip.  In the event the police come for you again, just greet them, ask them what you can you do for them and go along with them without resisting.  If you know the cops are after you for whatever reason, go in of your own free will.  Resisting arrest will get you nowhere, no matter what excuse you have or what your circumstances are.  They just come down on you even harder making it much worse for you in the long run.

Hope you get on OK.

Best wishes.

Get your hand checked out at the hospital if you were resisting arrest they should have arrested you and brought you to a hospital first if you told them you were hurt and injured. Keep It Real Out In The Field my Friend =0)
