pain between legs

i hav pain between my legs also, but only when i sit foward  and i also hav difficulty breathing.I used to ride exercise bikes for years.but stopped because it would cause me pain.the pain stopped as soon as i stopped ridding,i exercised hard for five years in prison but as soon as i got out i became a drug addict again. I am now .clean except for what i am taking, subutex and xanax> i also hav anxiety, but i dont think about anything when I lean foward from a seated position i just have pain in my left arm and difficulty breathing. Iam 44 years old and hav been using mainly crack then switched to pills then i.v.use with pills and cocaine breifly before i quit all of it because i had a panic attack from shooting the coke. I woke up next morning to find my left leg was totally asleep. All my blood work and ekg  and chest film are fine. is this all in my head.or is it my heart?

this pain is because of any nerve damage or some thing is going wrong in your pelvic region .so you must run some test like CT,MRI.
God bless you

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Pain between legs can be due to saddle neuralgia or pudendal nerve entrapment in which the pudendal nerve (located in the pelvis) is entrapped or compressed. Pain is worsened by sitting, and there is a sense of a foreign object (constant urge to urinate) in the urethra. Prostatitis-like urogenital pain and voiding are the hallmark of pudendal neuropathy. Diagnosis is by diagnostic block, MRI, CT scan, and Pudendal Nerve Motor Latency Test (PNMLT). Alternatively it could be due to compression of L1 lumbar spinal nerve.
Regarding the pain in the arm, if EKG is clear and heart condition is ruled out, then it could be due to nerve compression. May be being on a cycle for long periods caused this too. Since you also have breathlessness, an X-ray of the chest should be done. Also it could be the side effects of drugs you are taking.
Please consult your PCP and discuss this.
Hope this helps. Do let me know if there is any thing else and keep me posted. Take care!
