There is a type of breast cancer that does not produce lumps or bumps in the breast but can be very painful and sensitive. I'm not saying that's what you have, as there are other less serious things that could cause breast pain, but if you're having pain in your breast for any reason, you should see your doctor.
The kind of breast cancer you describe is called Inflammatory BC. It usually is characterized by a burning red rash over the affected breast and it an absolute emergency.
It is also not nearly as common as most other types.
Other causes, aside from BC could be responsible for these symptoms. Anything from abcess, menstral cycle, pinched nerve etc.
In any event, persons having this or any other types of breast problems should consult a physician. Better to be safe than sorry.
I really don't understand the Breast CA connection with the symptoms posted.
Faris160, do you a history of gastric reflux and/or heartburn? These conditions can cause pain in the chest/breast area.
