please help

I have been having multiple symptoms since Sunday. It started out that I was getting these dizzy spells.  Then the next 2-3 days headaches, then to severe dizziness the 4th day and off balance. Still dizzy the today but now I have a headache on the left side with pressure behind my eye...My left eye and face has begun to twitch and i have some tongue numbness. Can you please tell me what these symptoms sound like.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
There are two possibilities. One is that it is due to a brain lesion. The second is that it is due to compression of first 3 cervical spinal nerves. Since there is numbness of tongue, chances of cervical compression are more. This can be dangerous if there is instability of C1 and C2 (first and second cervical vertebral joint) involved. Hence please consult a neurologist ASAP or go to the ER for proper evaluation. It may not be something so serious, but it is not possible to comment for sure on net.
Please let me know if there is any thing else and do keep me posted. Take care!
