please help!!! feeling spaced out, eye pain, headaches, fatigue

If anyone could please take the time to carefully read this as i am extremely desperate for help.
I have explained this to my psychiatrist and doctor before with no help.
I have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and functional dyspepsia.
I currently take lamictal for moods. 100 mg once a day (i was at 200mg but want to stop taking it) and i have not had any mood problems.

For the past several months i have been feeling extremely spaced out almost as if i am half in a dream, headaches, foggy thinking, sinus pressure, eye pain, tired all the time, and body pain (which i believe to be the fibromyalgia). This all happens about 5 minutes after waking up. I do not sleep too well, but when i wake up in the middle of the night i do not have these feelings i am completely awake and feel normal (this is the ONLY time i feel normal). This is severely impacting my life.

Even with lowering my dose of lamictal i have not had any emotional problems. so i do not think this is mental. I am more quiet and less energetic than i normally am but that is because this is depressing me and i feel like crap. with lowering the dose i actually feel less cracked out and moody then when i was taking 200mg and this problem i believe has improved in severity but not frequency if anything it has become more frequent. Lamictal used to help with these  feelings. When i take lamictal my fibromyalgia feels better, and i notice my fibro pain starts the same time that these feelings start.

PLEASE PLEASE if anyone has felt the same thing that i have please come forward and tell me your experience as doctors can not help me. I am desperate.

Thanks in advance and be well!

Thank you for your responses! I think sinus infection is more like it although I push down with no pain... I looked up sleep apnea and narcolepsy but i dont have any symptoms. And I do not snore. The breast growth has dramatically increased. The doctor said it was inflammed cells.
I did just get treated for a super raw throat and ear infection maybe a month ago.

Lately I have had belly aches and constipation and diarrhea. I have been diagnosed with ibs in the past as well.

Ah I have no idea!

Ok, here are my thoughts....This is a list of things you can rule out....
1st, the fact that you aren't sleeping well at night but sleepy during the day, sinus pressure, headaches, depression etc, may be sleep apnea.  If you are not breathing well while you sleep, all the above can occur with extreme symptoms.  try recording yourself sleeping at night to see if you snore or have a lapse between breaths.

2nd.  Narcolepsy.
The above can be all due to a new onset of narcolepsy.  I have it and it all started to come on around age 27.  (I am female).  Also, fibromyalgia is EXTREMELY common with both sleep apena and narcolepsy. Personally, I get botox injections in my shoulders, neck  and back where the muscles are tight causing migraines.  I also take Depakote for bipolar (more common than you think also with sleep disorders) sleep disorders can be diagnosed with a sleep study. I also take Effexor for depression (all the above comes from a deficiency in serotonin levels.)

Or it could simply be a sinus infection.  Try placing both pointer fingers between your eyebrows and place a lot of pressure until it hurts.  (this will drain one of your sinuses.  also, place a pointer finger in the middle of the crest of the lower bone surrounding your eyes and again, place a lot of pressure.  this is painful as well, but also draining sinuses.  if you can do these with your head at a 45 degree downward tilt, it's even better.  If you seem to be breathing better, it may be a sinus infection.

I hope this helps

No, no ringing or vision changes, I do have a lot of headaches everyday a lot of the time they are all day. I do feel pressure ears and and nose inbetween eyes, behind the eyes and it feels like the muscles behind my eyes tight and weird.

I did just hsve a biopsy on my breast done bc i found a lump. It is like an infection or something doctors arnt worried but the nurse said the doctor might or might not give me antibiotics which they haven't and its been a week and a half. I wonder if this is all caused by the infection if it is one.
