Make sure you get plenty of rest. When your baby has a nap in the day, you have a nap with him.
You probably ache because of carrying him about and probably trying to do everything like you used to before the baby was born.
You may have some virus or feel under the weather.
Any illness, aches and pains will feel much worse when we are anxious and have any type of depression.
It is a good that you have been checked out and there is nothing serious and that you now have medication for the mild postpartum depression. This will help you to relax and you will be able to cope much better.
Best wishes.
thanks for the response. i will do just that. i have a handsome healthy baby boy who needs me to be healthy to take care of him.
Are you still taking your prenatals? You should take prenatal vitamins for at least 6 months after having your baby as your body has to recuperate from such a strenuous labor. That's why it's called labor. - Please take your vitamins and see if they help. They have some very important nutrients to help your body heal. You will enjoy your baby more.... wish I could see him!!
