retrieving old medical history from a hospital no longer in business

Looking to get old medical records on myself from 49 years ago due to heart issues and i'd like to get more details and info on my condition.

The only real chance you may have is if one of your parents has kept some medical record of yours when you were an infant, should there had been some remarkable health event at the time.
My suggestion is to work with your doctors to get to the bottom of it.
What makes you think your condition(s) has something to do with congenital/birth or childhood related issues?
At present you may want to look into genetic mutations,
nutritional deficiencies, hypothyroidism (including thyroid-resistance for which you need Free T3, Free T4 and Reverse T3 thyroid tests to diagnose), adrenal issues, which are mostly ignored by many conventional doctors.
