I would definitely talk to your doctor about getting home oxygen - even if you only use it at night. I don't have COPD, but I do have asthma, so periodically have sleep O2 studies done - in my last one, they discovered my O2 sats were dropping into the 70's at night, so my doctor immediately prescribed oxygen for nighttime use. It has helped some with the morning fatigue and also the morning headaches that I was getting, but hadn't really attributed to low sats.
Good you are back :)
All the best.
thank you for the reply, alsoo excuse me in my patience in expecting a instant answer.. Iam back.
Usually to qualify for home O2 the sats must be less than 88% on room air, so I would think you qualify. O2 dropping to 80% while sleeping is not normal.
This forum is good. If your question is not answered it is probably due to people just don't know a good and/or correct answer to give you.
Hope you will return.
