shaking and head rush after standing up?

I stood up from my chair and stretched. Got a head rush but I have gotten them before. It was bad so I sat back down and I started shaking. I was holding my phone at the time and almost dropped it. I have fainted twice from head rushes before but just started to get up slowly and they went away. Should I see a doctor about the shaking? I’m not old

orthostatic hypotension can do this.  Happens to my 13 year old son.  With him, my son, he watches his fluid intake.  When he is dehydrated, this happens more often.  Get up slowly.  And up your fluid intake.
