small head

im 20 years old
my head is smaller than the people in my age of course my brother who is 24 is some how like me only a bit bigger
i wanted to is there any way that i could make my head & face bigger

Thanks for writing to the forum!
Well quacks will prescribe steroids hidden or openly but do not go for those as they cause a lot of side effects. Size of head varies from person to person. Without examining it is difficult to comment. You can consult a neurologist once to see if there are any developmental problems. However if your developmental milestones are ok, you have no medical problems and your IQ is ok, you should not worry about this.
