strange episodes, worst thing is that I can't speak easily or see very well

I had this episode over the last two days, that I have had before and it bothers me and I wish I could understand it and maybe keep it from happening again.

First I get really clumsy. I cut my fingers three times while making dinner, I keep bumping my feet and hands when I am walking, that sort of thing.

Then I have problems talking. It takes extra effort for me to form words, its like my tongue is lazy.

Then I start twitching a lot, I notice it a lot when I am trying to sleep, its hard to fall asleep. My muscles just jerk and my heart beats a little funny.

Then the next day I am dizzy, but this time while I was dizzy I also couldn't see out of my left eye. It was like there was something in the middle of it making it blurry. Then once the eye got better (after about 20 minutes) I started sweating and my neck hurt a lot on the left side. Then it hurt for the rest of the day and I couldn't easily turn my head.

I take beta blockers and florinef because I have low blood pressure and a high heart rate.

Thanks for reading this and I appreciate any advice.

Thanks for your response, they seem to make me less anxious but definitely dizzy, I don't know, I will bring it up to my doctor.
