strange occurrence

26/M. Recently I have been having these weird symptoms. Doesn't matter which ever position I am in or the time of the day. All of a sudden I feel strange sensation in my chest. 2nd time after an hour I got myself checked. My heart rate was 115 and my bp was 130/90 (bit high) Felt a but dizzy as if I was going to fall. This happened to me three times and last night was the forth time. The third time I randomly checked my blood sugar after one hour of suffering from this symptoms and it came out to be 85. All these symptoms goes away in an hour if/when I drink some juice and eat cookies.

History:
I have had hyperthyroidism seven years ago. I took Methimazole for a year until my tsh became too high and was instructed by the doctor to stop. Took beta blocker for palpitation for three years. As per doctor I am euthyroid for 3 years now. Last TSH was .724 which was about 3 months ago.

I guess you can say that it's palpitations.
