tingling

I have not been to sleep all night. I have this sensation in my legs, both of them, that feels like the muscles are constantly moving, twitching. Just so hard to explain. But I am constantly moving them, trying to make it go away. I have had it day and night, no differences to the time of day.

Hi. Could be a simple vitamin deficiency or Restless Leg Syndrome, Neurapathy, Spinal Issues.  You should have this checked out. Best wishes.

What your describing is called "Restless Leg Syndrome ".  It is a common condition which usually has some genetic predisposition.   My boyfriend has it also, and its almost impossible to sleep next to him as he's moving around half the night.  It's a condition caused by the nerves that are misfiring.  They do have a pill which you can find at the drug store and you dont need a prescription called restless legs.  Ask the pharmacist to find it for you.   Also google it to learn more about it.
Be well.      ...Kim..

Hello. This certainly sounds like restless leg syndrome. I have had it for many years. My neurologist prescribed Requip (Roprinolol).  I take this nightly and if I don't, I soon regret it. My legs start to go crazy at about 6:00 every night. I simply can't keep them still without the medication. Best of luck finding relief - I can relate!
