tingly tounge, swolling on both sides of neck and full ear

i am a  29year old lady, i have a problem with alot of pressure on my ear, especially the left, i feel like yawning to release it. my tongue feels very tingly at the tip and my neck is swollen on both sides right under my jaw.
This gets worse especially when i have to read for exams or in a situation that demands alot from me mentally.
I also have lost alot of weight in a short period without any clear reason. i am sexually active and have been with my partner for 2 1/2months and recently did an HIV test because i was worried about these symptoms.
the swelling on my neck keeps going and coming back so many times in the day, sometimes its gone, when i pay attention about it, it recurs. what could this be
i have been to an ENT specialist who said that nothing is wrong with my ear, but there is a swelling in my nose, and that is because i have an allergy to dust. i do not know the relation.
help me here

You do have alergies and we have lymph nodes under our hon and behind our ears and in our neck ... We have hundreds. If you have alergies it could be that and stress. The lymph nodes help fight off icky crap like sickness and if you are going through ALOT they will swell in reaction to be in defense mode. I'm not sure about it happening multiple times a day but lymph nodes can become infected which isn't a good thing. I would keep an eye on it and try to take a pain and inflammation reliever like Advil. Or maybe some alergy medication and see if that helps. Off not then I would get it checked out! Best wishes
