Look into a Candidas diet.  It's sort of a radical approach in the diet, because there is no sugar of any sort going into the body, including carbs, but I know of a man who successfully got rid of a yeast infection through this sort of diet in only a few months.  I don't think dairy is allowed on the Candidas diet.  You have to be radical in order to starve the yeast without starving yourself.  You will undoubtedly lose weight, but most of us need to lose some weight.  On the bright side, you may learn to like certain green leafy vegetables that you may or may not have liked in the past.  Time for plenty of kale and collards.  Don't over do the spinach.  That is one vegetable you should never over do.  Especially raw.  I forget the full reason why at the moment, but kale is yummy and is good for you.  I'm certain you will like kale a whole lot better than collards.

I had thrush once from some seriously strong meds, and it takes meds to get rid of it. If it is not gone go back to your doc. Finish whatever they give you until it is gone.  OH PS> if you are a girl, you will need meds for the yeast infection-yep fun fun fun.

These symptoms are quite common after antibiotic therapy.Do take some Bcomplex vitamins to recover the flora.
