unable to take deep breaths

I have been experiencing this for 8 days now. I am unable to take deep breaths. I've had ct scan xray and all the Drs  keep saying everything is normal. I was told maybe anxiety. I can't handle this not able to take deep breaths. Please I need somee answers or a solution? Thank you

Thank you everyone! My breathing has gotten a lot better the last couple of days! I am checking with my Dr regularly and I see a lung Dr next week!

Hi there.  If you feel you can't breath well, I urge you to see your doctor again.  This cold also be due to your lungs.  Someone with COPD, for example, has difficulty catching their breath.  

So, I urge you to go for a complete physical.  And yes, they may discuss anxiety with you as well.  

But you are best to sort this out with your doctor.  good luck and hope this resolvs very soon!

I also had the problem but I started to take diet rich in magnesium, vitamins, milk, etc. All this help me a lot and I am taking a appropriate breathe. You can also get your haemoglobin check-up.
