undiagnosed problem

I'm 26 years old male from Argentina and i'm looking for medical help due I can not find an accurate diagnosis
for my condition so it would be of great help to me if someone could give me a guideline or advice about what to do in
my situation or what diagnosis you consider for this case

for almost 7 years ago i have had symptoms that greatly hinder my quality of life, and in the last 4 years these
symptoms have been worsened and they not allow me to lead a normal life despite having consulted a number of doctors
and have made a lot of medical procedures incluiding imaging studies and several lab tests that did not reveal the
source of the problem.

The symptoms that i feel are the following:

continuous discomfort in the head, tightness in the head accompanied by tightness in the pit of my stomach that's
difficult me breath in deep, i can't catch a deep breath, also i feel dizziness headache and the feeling of being
sick likes intoxicated, in turn i have Suddenly episodes of high blood pressure actually under control by taking 75mg
of atenolol and doxazosina 2mg daily, all of these generates me a great daily stress especially the head thigness
and the stomach tightness as they are continuos.

i detail below any medical tests that i have and diseases that have been dismissed by my doctors:

Brain MRI and abdominal MRI, neurology review and studies EEG are normals. phorfiria and pheocromocitoma lab test
are negative incluiding octeotride scintigraphy. The blood lab test reveals Hyperinsulinism and liver enzymes GPT GOT GGT
generally are elevated for long periods of time diagnosed as fatty Liver.

i hope for your answer...

Sincerely.

I would suggest going to an experienced acqupuntcurist or someone that practises bio-energy. Conventional medicine doesn't always have the answers.

Your problems sound metabolic in nature to me.

Has a thyroid problem been ruled out?

I would recommend seeing an Endocrinologist.

Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Fluctuations of BP on a higher side are mainly due to hormonal imbalance, kidney or heart problems. BP can also go to higher side after a physical activity like climbing stairs, running etc and this comes back to normal after rest. It can also be to due to anxiety and stress. Hence careful tests like kidney function test, stress test or treadmill test, ECHO, EKG, BP monitoring, and complete hormonal profile needs to be done. If the blood pressure is found to fluctuate during the day, then cortisol levels may also need to be checked. It is difficult to comment beyond this at this stage. Do consult your doctor to run tests to rule out these conditions.
Along with this you could be having severe acidity, costochondritis or pericarditis. All these can make it difficult to take a deep breath.
Since I cannot examine you and know other related conditions you may be having, nor is a detailed history possible on net, I have listed the various possibilities that should be looked into. Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral. Take care!
