I have Vertigo. It is an imbalance do do with the ear. It only affects me with bad dizziness. I take an over the counter motion sickness pill and it goes right away.
Hello, and welcome! I had a friend awhile ack who had this, and it was awful for her - I'm so sorry you are going through this. I learned from her that the eye-twitch is a result of being dizzy, and dizziness can be caused by a problem with the inner-ear, which controls balance and your sense of up and down. Have you had your ears checked?
