what does it mean if I gag and feel sick at the littlest smells and sights?

I am 19 years old and ever since I was like 16 I always had stomach aches. I tried not eating or drinking dairy products to rule out being lactose intolerant. That didn't help. The older I get, I gag at the littlest things. Like I will walk into work (mcdonalds) and instantly feel nauseous at the smell of the food. This has never been an issue for the two years I worked there. I can think about something that has made me nauseous in the past and gag and dry heave. I don't have one day when my stomach isn't unsettled. I never really thought much of it until now. I always thought it was maybe lack of sleep or something I ate. But after starting to eat healthier and paying attention to how often it actually happens, I am starting to grow a concern. Please, if anyone else has this issue or had this issue, tell me what might help or what it might be.

Do you have any other symptoms? Lower back pain? Bloating or cramping? Bowel issues (constipation, gassy etc.)?  Also, do the symptoms seem to come and go around you menstruation cycle?
