Dropping temperature and diarrhea after upper endoscopy ?

I had a upper endoscopy on Monday to possibly figure out what was causing some stomach issue (it came back normal) I was starving after it .. I do have an binge/ED I ate right after some chicken fingers it was around 5 .. I stayed up till 8 was exhausted and slept for the night .. The next day I stil felt out of it .. I couldn't eat much ..  .. But around 10 that night I was exhausted ( I usually don't sleep much ) then the diarrhea started and vomitting off and on all night .. Wends I stayed home rested barely ate .. More diarrhea through the day but not so bad .. At night was when it got horrible I could barely function Sweating getting foggy while in the bathroom (no more vomitting)And now today it's again exhaustion still can't keep nothing in .. I am 94 pounds at this point and my temp keeps dropping to 95.5 which I'm able to raise . I've only had applesauce and a few bites or rice today ..

no I haven't called the dr .. Cause they always treat me like I'm crazy
