why?

I am yaking Altram, neurontin, and vicoden. My stomache wakes me at eight in the morning every time with out fail. When I get up to go to the bathroom at 7 in the morning my stomache does not hurt at all. Now I was thnking it was the drugs but bow I am not sure. I had a hysterectomy about two years ago. It was done by the Robotic way. After I had the hyterectomy my stomache was really bad, even had to go to the emergency room twice in one week. I went through almost every test there is to take and nothing. All they say IBS. I think not and I feel srongly that there is something else for the Robotic surgery is new. Why does my stomach not hurt at seven in the morning and hurts real bad at eight EVERY morning. I am very fed up and I really do not know what to do. I tried everything. Please can anuyone make sense of this for what I think everyone will think I am nuts. I feel I was used as a guiny pig.Do they leave something inside you like a chip maybe. I do not know and it is really hurting my relatiomship with my spouse. Thank you for even reading this and have no ansawer. God Bless         kimmi

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi
Welcome to the MedHelp forum!
Morning stomach pain is usually due to severe acidity and gas. Take a late night snack. Raise head end of bed. Take Omeprazole empty stomach in morning and an antacid gel at bedtime. Refrain from smoking, alcohol, fuzzy drinks and spicy food.
If you eat something at seven in the morning, the pain will not come at eight. Try this routine for some days and see. Robotic surgery is unlikely to be the cause. Though yes, any surgery in abdomen and pelvis can cause adhesions and gut symptoms.
Please consult your PCP for primary examination followed by proper referral. Take care!

First, when are you taking the Ultram, Vicodin and Neurontin and for what?

Is it your upper or lower abdomen?

Medical problems?

Have you had scans done?

Seen a GI Specialist?

"Chip left behind?"  That would be a no/negative.

Sorry for all the questions, but....need more info

It's this disease that is hidden in your system. Your system reduce the symptoms (feels alright). Then the hidden disease cause the symptoms again (feeling weird and ill). Also, it's normal to have that kind of reactions because in those drug's label, the side-effects are many. Stomach-immune system's response to the rest's symptoms. Really range from common to disasterous.

Hi,

There is no way anyone could possibly diagnose this on the internet. You need to see your doctor and find out what is going on, especially with your medical history.

Good luck and I hope it all works out for you.
