Mild burning in penis

Dear Doc, i am working in offshore from last 5 years, in my last vaccation in August 2017 i started mild burning sensation, on last day of leaving for work i consulted doctor he told me to take complete urine test.. unfornately i got report after 2 days by accessing online system . so  didn't got chance to meet doctor after urine report..herewith i am posting my complete report can u please chaeck any problemn in my urine report.. as of now my burning sensation gone without any treatment..
