Urinalysis results, UTI type 1 diabetic male. Can someone explain these to me?

I'm a young type 1 diabetic male. i received oral sex from someone on March 17th. a couple days later. i got irritation in my Urethra. i tried going to the health department on April 1st to get treated for it but they refused to treat me. I got tested for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia but my results came back negative.

I ended up going to the urgent care clinic on April 8th where they did a Urinalysis and put me on 7 days of doxycycline and here were my results from the Urinalysis.

Urine Appearance POC OFC - Slightly cloudy
Urine Color POC OFC - Straw
Glucose Urine  - neg
Bilirubin Urine - neg
Ketones Urine - neg
Specific Gravity - 1.030
Blood Urine - negative
PH Urine - 6.0
Protein Urine - trace
Urobilinogen Urine - 2.0 e.u/dl
Nitrite Urine - neg
Leukocytes urine - neg

is there anything unusual about those results? i definitely have/had something going on. i just finished my 7 days of antibodics the day before yesterday but i'm still feeling a bit of irritation every now and then. i haven't noticed any discharge except the tip of my urthera is wet right before i have to urinate.

this has been very frustrating because my Gonorrhea and Chlamydia test came back negative and something is definitely going on but i don't know what it is.
