Burning during intercourse and after

I am 25 yr old women and everytime I have intercourse all of a sudden it starts to burn like 20 minutes in and after it burns as well, also when I pee after it feels like I am peeing out fire every now and then after sex there is blood. I’ve been tested for STDs and my tests came back negitive im not sure what this could be I also don’t think it’s a vaginal dryness issue either, and I also took fluconzole because I thought it may be a yeast infection, and I took antibiotics for bacterial vagnosis two weeks ago and no change.
