Painful urination but urine is clear

I had urgency and painful urination for about two days, on the third day I urinated and there was s spec of blood on the toilet paper.  I went to the immediate care clinic and they did a culture test and gave me macrobid.  The culture test came back negative for bacteria (no UTI) and the antibiotics stopped the urgency but it still burns when I urinate.  When my urine is almost clear, the burning sensation stops but then I urinate often due to the excessively large amount of water I’m consuming.  If my urine is slightly concerned, like with normal amount of drinking water, I feel a burning sensation during and after urination.  Has anyone experienced anything similar??
