need help

ok....so the other night i had sex, and well i don't remember it all. lets just say that. Pretty sure it was rough, because now it hurts to go to the bathroom. I thought that was normal. I hadn't had sex in almost 1 year, and before that it was 2 years ago. So i knew i was going to be in pain the next day. Well it was bleeding slightly, and i figured i was just getting my period. Its been 2 days and i have yet to have my period, so i looked. It looks as if i might have torn something down there, and not sure if this is possible, but something is now a straight and sticking out. hard to explain. All i know is that i when i think i have to go the bathroom i dread it, i go and then a unbearable pain occurs, and then i have alittle bit of blood. but then afterwords i feel like i still have to go to the bathroom, but i don't. what does this mean? i am currently in a different location than home, and i don't even know where i would go to get some help. i have health insurance from college, but i don't know if it works so far away. i just need help.

You could have an infection... I know what you mean about going to the bathroom and then still feeling like you have to go and nothing comes out.  Does it burn... are you experiencing any discharge of some sort that is odd in color, smell, and texture?
