Microscopic Hematuria

Well my story starts this past Feb 1 where I was diagnosed with diastolic dysfunction of the left ventricle so for treatment my cardiologist put me on 3 different diuretics to keep fluid off of me. Well 4 days later I ended up in hospital with kidney failure from dehydration. My kidney function has improved pretty much back to normal but since then My urine cultures and I have had 3 since then has shown large amount of microscopic hematuria. Also protein and 9+ WBC. Also all 3 cultures showed no growth for infection. So  my dr is referring me to a nuphrologist to have a kidney biopsy. Are most blood found in urin without infection cancer. I am not in any pain anywhere except pressure like I have to pee all the time. No burning , no odor no back or side pain at all. My biggest complaint actually is exhaustion. It’s like I can’t get enough sleep. Anyone have any insight???

Hello and welcome to the site.  Sorry for the delay in answering.  I would love an update as to your situation and what the findings are.  Microscopic hematuria can be caused simply by inflammation of the kidneys filtering system.  Please let us know how you are doing.
