24/7 Pain in tip of penis

Okay this is dating back 6 months ago now and have been dealing with this(just) for a long minute now and I'm fed up with this.
I'm 29 years old and fit, eat healthy, and drink lots or water, don't drink alcohol, I smoke.
Had unprotected sex one night stand(yes I know) I took 2 viagra and had sex and passed out, Only 3 days later i noticed a feeling in my tip that felt FRESH, like when youve cleaned your mouth and breath in cold air feeling, I'm at the stage now where my anxiety levels have dropped atleast 70% but I am still suffering what I would describe as burning feeling stinging feeling, and CONSTANT, I can go most mornings without it until I urinate then the rest of the day it has a feeling down there..


I've had Flexible cystoscopy, everything was healthy and normal, had the STD,STI general panel and the two swabs for herpies down my ureatha. Everything has come back negative.

WHAT I have taken
: Azithromycin (6 days after intercourse)
doxycycline 10 day course
cephalexin, not sure for how long
ceftriaxone injection

Still no relief
Also to mention I went a period of 2 weeks straight of sore testicles moderate pain and got a ultrasound done and they said it was or looked like hydrocele, this can come on once a week maybe.
I am now on 6 week antidepressants cause this might be in my head, which I am not believing cause of the pain it and feeling it brings on I am in a happy place, just had a month off work and on holiday and still dealing  with this

I have another phone consult with my specialist in a week anything I should bring up

Hey man, did u put it inside the eye too??? I feel better too , I just put it inside and massage to try to get it mix in. The doctor actually didn’t recommend It I jsut thought to give it a try since it was inside . My mom was the one to tell me since she had the same probelem but did that solution . I don’t know any creams for internal but I’m jsut Gonna use the they gave us.

Yeah bro I am applying inside last 2 days I have felt good I can even see that the inflammation has decreased especially at the opening not so swollen now which is so good!! But am still getting pain which started again in the eye, I have a doctors appointment with a different doctor on the Tuesday, then the following day a dermatologist, hopefully get it resolved I will keep in touch and let you know how I go

Hey man did u ever go see the doctor again and how’s your improvement ? I’m going back to urgent care to see wassup because I have like a inflammation in my penis and I need to pee a little more still  so I doubt it’s the balanitis .

Hey bro first doctor didnt even want to listen to me..
I'm here now at the dermatologist they are saying it could be a micro tear, and urination is triggering it everytime I urinate, they said everything looks normal and is not a serious disease or harmful to anyone else and could take up to 6 months to heal, but for the time being apply this stuff here
:nyatatin vaginal cream (mixing with other cream below half and half)
Methyl predniolone aceponale 0.1%.
First 2 weeks twice daily then 1 once a week for 6 weeks then, start to apply desitin nappy cream

I feel u man my doctor didn’t want to listen to neither but she got me a appoiment with a urongist next Tuesday. My doctor jsut gave me some antibiotics for yeast and antibiotics for my bladder cause I keep getting lower abdoman pain

Have no idea. Maybe mumps? Other herpes virus (there are 6 kinds), human papillomavirus, molluscum contagiosum, fungal infections.... do you have any kind of rash, redness or anything else?

Around the eye can be abit of a rash, also if I open if can be red inside too, which I try avoid doing. no discharge, no lumps or lessons

I have the same problem I was treated for all that even when I was negative for std but they looked at my penis and said it was balanidis

Sup bro, so I’ve been taking clortinazole, the pain around the head goes away but it also feels like there’s pee sitting in there also . I went again to the doctor today he said the reason I still itch and feel irritated is because u have to put the cream everywhere and Supodoly sweat just keeps it growing, so since I work at a warehouse the doctor said I need to put paper towels in my underwear lol but Supodoly it’ll help

I was talking about prior the cream. Before you even started applying the cream, my most pain I get was at the opening wondering if we have same pain?.
Today is the first day I haven't had much pain at all, I have been using the anti fungal cream all over slit, and head, I guess I have been putting a little inside the opening not much though maybe I should give it a try

Supposldy it can come from outside damage like the balanitis but I’ll see if they will give me anti inflammatory

Any updates, unfortunately I stopped using the steroid cream due to it making it worse.
