About 2 months already

Dear Doctor,

Here is my situation, i was diagnosed with chlamydia two months ago.

The cause should be  from one of these three scenario:

(1) I have unprotected sex 2 years and  10 months ago. I undergo HIV test and it's negative.

(2)  I have  protected and unprotected sex with my partner. We are still together since 1 year and 10 months ago.

(3)  I have protected vaginal sex and protected oral sex, fingering with a social sex worker .

I taken doxycycline 1 month ago but I can't remember whether  I taken dairy product., I so I'm currently taking another doses of doxycycline again then will do the test.

I've  HIV negative at week 7, chlamydia  positive  at week 11. Others are all negative at week 11.

2nd month my penile start to have a few red spots, I use steroid cream and it's gone, then it came back.

I'm not sure it's balanitis or yeast infections. The docs says I'm infected with yeast infections but I have been applied this steroid for two months and it's not working, I've taken fungal infection antibiotics but still not working as well.

It's not itchy, not pain, not burning, but if masturbate will have a little bit pain just like skin sensitive.

I tried not applying steroid cream, I find the foreskin it's a bit hard to pull off.

Please advise, I'm currently taking doxycycline and hope it's going to work.

There is no point to regret what I did now but I just hope things can solve and not repeat it anymore.

I try to upload the picture as now iOS device unable to upload photos.

I went to urologist yesterday as my foreskin turn more reddish and sensitive, you can feel slight sharp pain sensation as you touch it. And the area is more moist than ever. I've been pressured augmentin antibiotics and bactroban ointment. Hope this works, they also run a blood test on herpes 2 and urine test for chlamydia although the specialist say it does not look like herpes but to lower down possibilities, they run the test.

Cross my fingers now, hopefully I'll recover as I'm done suffering anxiety for the past 3and half months

That's what I've told the doctor, it's not working and keep on coming. She just told me maybe it's inflammation due to moist or something else, ok I guess I will stop applying the cream now.

Steroid creams don't cure anything; just temporarily reduce inflammation.  Then they permanently thin skin if "overused."  Where is the line of overuse?  I don't know, but many men have come here hoping to have their skin heal from using a steroid cream and it doesn't get much better.  I do not believe that is a good treatment.  Also it tends to encourage yeast growth, so why docs love that stuff I don't know.
