Adult bed wetting

I need a bit of advice on a friend of mine (i will refer to him as Paul).
Paul has this nasty habit of wetting the bed after a night out drinking.
Now this isn't really an issue when he stays at his (as he can deal with discretly) but there have been a number of embarassing incidents at friends houses.

We can not control his drinking but there must be a way to prevent this events.
I worry that he will have an incident when in bed with his new partner.
I don't think he would be as forgiving...

Any help would be appreciated.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL

Hello,
It is normal for some persons to urinate after consuming alcohol. Alcohol acts as a bladder stimulant and a diuretic, which can cause an urgent need to urinate. So I would advise your friend to urinate after consuming alcohol and before going to bed. Also take alchol in moderation. If the symptoms persist then please consult a urologist and get other medical causes like overactive bladder,,UTI,prostatitis etc ruled out

I hope it helps.Take care and regards.

I too have a similar problem. A couple of months ago, whilst enjoying a company of my life partner Horatio, we watched a few films shared some popcorn and had a quite night and went to bed, here’s where the problem started. I have an irrational fear of clowns and mechanical street entertainers, one of the films we watched was Serial Insane Clown Killer (a very good film by the way, but I digress). Horatio woke me during the night only to find I was stood in the corner of the room urinating upon Horatio. I didn’t realise I what I was doing until my darling awoke me. Since then unfortunately Horatio has left me and I’ve lost all confidence to leave the house. Could this be connected to watching a film involving clowns and my irrational fear of them?

This has not been the first time this has happened. Any suggestions?
