Bedwetting and Severe sweating

I am a 32 year old female, 5'6", 135lbs.  No history of bedwetting as a child.  I take abilify (3yrs.), paxil (10yrs.), lorepazam (10yrs.), ritalin (5mo.), and ambien (1yr.).  History of frequent UTI's (about 3-4x per year), and kidney infections (about 4 in lifetime).  About 2 years ago I started having nighttime incontinence, and I was suspicious of abilify as a potential cause.  I brought the subject up with my psychiatrist at the time whom told me definetively that this was NOT a symptom, and implied that this was a psychological issue.  I was already deeply shameful, so thinking that this was not a physical problem, but a mental one led me into hiding.  I already have enough mental problems as it is (schizoaffective disorder), so I was not going to go to yet another doctor just for them to tell me I had to go to therapy or take more medication.  The bedwetting was infrequent enough to allow this to be justified in my head.  Now, I have come to the point where I cannot hide any longer, and am willing to face the possibility that there is a real problem here.  I wet the bed every night now, and also have extreme nighttime sweating.  (have to change clothing about 2-3 times a night just to stay dry.)  Just so you know, I did finally consult a GP last week whom concluded my urine was clean (no protein, or blood present), and she has referred me to an urologist.  I won't see this expert until another two weeks, and as the waiting continues I become more terrified that nothing is going to be able to help me.  Have you ever heard of this before?

This started for me after about 3 months of being on Ritalin too! I found giving myself full access to the bathroom helps because I can see it and force myself to wake up and go. It is horribly embarrassing but life without Ritalin is not doable for me. I'm also of the same age. I found using a mattress protector helps take away some of the stress.

I been wetting the bed so I just bought a mattress protector.  I take Depacoate which causes side effects and had been wearing a diaper on-off.  I refuse to use a catheter and will not take any more drugs as I already take so many.  So I am dealing with it by now wearing a diaper all the time.  I simply could not make it to the bathroom in time.
