Is there any way to make my penis smell fresh?

For over a year now, my penis has had a foul fishy odour. I clean it every day with aqueous cream in the shower (I'm uncut by the way).

I've been to the doctor multiple times, where I've been prescribed Canesten, Timodine, antibiotics and anti-microbial shower emollient, none of which have made a difference.

I've even been to a sexual health clinic, where they didn't know what to say and found no STIs.

It's really strong and will not go away. When I'm sleeping and lift up the bedsheets, it's all I can smell.

When my partner wants to have oral sex with me, I wash it with aqueous cream, shower gel, hand soap and face wash (yes, I know this is bad but I'm desperate), but it's still there slightly.

Is there any way at all, permanent or temporary, that I can get rid of the smell?

The doctor has said 'it's probably just the bacteria on there over producing, which might be normal for you'. It's ruining my self esteem and my relationship.

Try this- change to a healthy diet of non-processed foods. Drinks water only. Start taking pro biotics to balance out the natural flora and use body Mint pills- over the counter. You can also buy them on line. Its secret ingredient is chlorophyllin, a water-soluble, semi-synthetic chlorophyll derivative that allegedly eliminates body odors by absorbing the toxins in your skin and stomach that trigger them. I bet you notice the change in 10 days.

I have the same problem behind my ears, the only solution has been cleaning every day.Make sure to pull the skin forward a few times to get as much urine out and dab it on to tp.
