Orange pieces in semen

I have done a lot of searching and it seems a lot of people have this problem, but I cannot find any information on it.

I'm a 17 year old male. For a few weeks now when I ejaculate my semen has one or two very small, what look like clear, orange "beads" in it. I get just a twinge of discomfort (can't even call it pain) just as I start to ejaculate in between my anus and shaft of my penis, but other than that, no other symptoms. The beads have the consistency of a harder gel ...... but they can be flattened with just a little pressure.

Thanks

I have the same symptoms  .Three years ago I have been diagnosted with e.coli (stamey mears examination). After a couple of months treating with antibiotics I thought that it was cured. But the symtoms came back. Another exams (kaliergia of sperm) shows proteus. A lot of kinolons made me feel better but the symtoms remained. All these years a new bacteria came by examination (e.coli again, proteus, clebsiella) After a lot of medicines and examinations a new urologist (three months ago) suggest me to have a pcr exam for chlamydia even though the results in the previous kalliergia was negative. And he was right. The pcr in sperm shows chlamydia. I have tried rulid and minocid but even if I felt better the symptoms still remain. Uncomfortable and quick ejaculation and a small orange solid  come out again. I  am really desparate
